Collect your transfer at a branch
Creditservice+ offers international money transfers through RIA Money Transfer and InteliExpress. The service is available at company branches. You can send and collect funds in Georgian lari, US dollars and euros.
Creditservice+ has operated as a microfinance organisation in Georgia since 1999. When choosing a transfer service, compare fees, branch locations and the options available to the recipient.
The international service covers more than 170 countries. Sending fees start at 0.50%, and collecting a transfer is free. Available currencies are GEL, USD and EUR.
Bring your identity document and transfer details. Before collecting money, check which system was used, the transfer currency and the code assigned to the transaction. Ask the branch whether any additional documents are required.
A money transfer sends existing funds from one person to another. If you are considering additional financing, review the consumer loan terms separately.
If currency conversion is needed when sending or receiving a transfer, the amount received will also depend on the applicable exchange rate. Check the conversion terms as well as the transfer fee.
Check exchange rates online and confirm the rate available at the branch at the time of the transaction. The National Bank’s official rate can serve as a benchmark; the provider’s commercial rate applies to the exchange.
Each transfer is assigned a unique code or number. Use the relevant system’s official channel and the details on your transaction receipt to check its status.
With RIA Money Transfer, you can look up a transfer using its PIN or Order Number. For InteliExpress, have the transfer code and transaction time ready. If needed, ask your branch to confirm the current tracking procedure.
Keep the code until the transaction is complete and share it only with the recipient. To collect the funds, the recipient should present an identity document along with the transfer details.
Check the recipient’s first and last name, destination country, amount and currency. The recipient’s details should match their identity document. An error may lead to additional checks or delay collection.
The 0.50% fee is a starting rate. The final charge depends on the terms of the transaction. Before sending, compare systems, fees, available currencies and estimated delivery times.
